Requirements
We recommend that Residents are high school graduates or older, but exceptions have been made. Feel free to inquire if this applies to you.
Residents must be committed to a local church (if not The Well, then another church in the area).
Residents must attend classes and/or events regularly and faithfully. We understand life happens—sickness, family needs, business trips, mission trips, etc. We certainly want to extend much grace in those areas. However, there comes a point when too many absences rob the investment we want to give you in this experience and lowers the standard for others who have committed. Therefore, we monitor each Resident to ensure tardies and absences do not become excessive.
Residents must be willing to study, apply and give away what they receive during this year (Ezra 7:10).
If this is your first semester attending Residency or haven’t filled out a leader application at The Well in the past 2 years, please submit your application. After submitting your application please email equipping@thewellcommunity.org with the desired semester in the subject line.
If you have already attended a semester of Residency or have completed a leader application at The Well in the past two years, please contact equipping@thewellcommunity.org. Please identify the desired semester in the subject line. You may not need to submit a leader application based on this information.
