Love your neighbor as yourself - Mark 12:31

Jesus told His disciples to love and serve their neighbors.

The Well North Campus (Maple and Nees) is located directly across the street from the Islamic Cultural Center. So what does it look like to love and serve our Muslim neighbors?

Like most of us, there is often a sense of fear and confusion around what Islam is, what Ramadan is and what it means to be Muslim. To continue to learn and be a good neighbor, a great first start is to listen.

The Islamic Cultural Center has two upcoming opportunities that might be of value for you:

  1. Join Them for a Ramadan Meal
  2. ISIS vs. Islam Panel (See below.)

To contextualize the gospel and reach out to our Muslim neighbors we have to step into their world a bit.

Listen. Learn. Love.
