There is nothing quite like seeing a child experiencing something for the first time. Their eyes fill with wonder and your own adult cynicism breaks as you remember what it's like to be totally and completely amazed.
This world can be taxing. Over time it's easy to become desensitized. We study scripture, analyze, learn and grow. But as we grow, we can easily forget that this thing we have committed to is not just a doctrine; it's something that demands our very life. We forget that it's love that brought us here in the first place and at the end of our lives, love will be all that matters.
Inspired by the instruction in Revelation to the church in Ephesus to remember their first love (Revelation 2:4-5), our Creative Team put this video together. We hope it inspires you, causes you to pause and remember what it was like when you first came to Christ, and maybe reawakens that love in you. Enjoy.
